The AFCC is presently seeking American/Anglo francophone candidates for the position of Residence Counselor at le College Cevenol for the 2009/2010 scholastic school year (September 2009 - June 2010).
Le College Cevenol is a semi private high school located in the town of le Chambon sur Lignon in the the Massif-Central region of rural France. Day to day responsibilities include the counseling (not academic) of boarding students within the dorm system at the school along with the planning and coordination of various extracurricular events (athletic, multicultural, etc.). Mature, energetic, self starters only please. Must be comfortable working with teenagers who speak french as their primary language. College degree (four year) plus fluency (or near fluency) in French required.
